Ordered curbside. Got there. Checked in. Waited. Checked in again just in case it hasn't gone through. Waited. Finally 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready, I went inside and it's just sitting on the shelf, already cooled off. I could understand if they'd been busy but the place was dead quiet. I wish I'd thought to at least get a refund of the tip. We just got home and half the food isn't even in the bag. Worse pot roast we have see and taste look like stew with big pics meat few pics carrots and mush potato our food don’t look like picture ? food not alway good our senior meet up group agree Cashiers was nice
Our server Giovanni was very unenthusiastic. As soon as we sat down they asked “what do you want to drink” with an attitude. Then asked “what do you want” for our order when we said we weren’t ready they walked off without saying anything. They came back and said “do you know now.” On top of all of this our food was served uncooked. We were unable to eat any of our bacon. I normally have great service at cracker barrel so this was very upsetting.
We came in with two kids under the age of five. Had a 15 to 20 minute wait before we could get a table which was fine. Got to a table. Ordered our food and got drinks. They were out of the special we asked for lemon with our water. Didn't get any lemon but got water. Waited for an hour for our food. Never seen the waitress in the whole hour that we waited until she seated someone behind us and then said oh gosh you guys haven't gotten your food. Went back and checked 20 minutes later. Went by. The Food is always good! But I met the funniest server and had the best dining experience because of her. If you go here. Ask for Briana. She seriously is One of the best servers I have had in a long time!!! 🤩🤩 You really don’t get service like that any more! Great job!!
