Really bad. The green beans had been overcooked and tasted waxy. The broccoli in the casserole was not done. It was still crunchy. They need new prep cooks or management needs to do a better job at quality control.
French toast is literally like 3 bites now. You use to get 4 huge pieces. Still costs the same of course though for a 1/3rd amount of the food
Food is good but almost every time I order something is missing or incorrect. Extremely overcharged for items. $3 upcharge for bacon Mac n cheese but I got 3 bites of runny plain Mac n cheese.
worst chicken and dumplings ever. ordered a whole dinner that only had 3 total dumplings and broth was basically water. do better!!
Steak over cooked dry. Dessert was left out completely! Very disappointed in Cracker Barrel. Tried calling and was left on hold, Door Dash is deducting my dessert from bill....
I usually love my food from here but this was so dry and parts were chewy. The potatoes looks old, and the soup wasn't flavored at all. Im super confused because ive never had such bad food from here before
Very disappointed. Shrimp was dried and included only 13 but they were so dried out. They were also buried under about 30 steak fries which I did not order. They forgot the hush puppies. The dumplins were in a container that was a lot of liquid only. No condiments except for butter for the biscuit and muffin. The okra was good. Meal was warm temp at best. I've eaten at CB a lot in past but decided to try delivery from and the food quality is not what it used to be.
Everything was so cold. The mashed potatoes had sat so long they had crunchy bits and the gravy had gelatinized.
Why would we order breakfast food and 2 other meals and no biscuits were sent?? This is way too expensive to not get everything with our order.
