Where out of the bbq ribs ordered fried chicken dinner which was under cooked. First time I had to discard the whole meal from this restaurant,
The "bowl" of soup was a side item container of soup. For six dollars, that is a huge ripoff.
The food was really good however if you are ordering biscuits and gravy with bacon, it would be nice if the biscuits came in something other than a bag so you eat them. Also marked everything on the food ticket with a highlighter but was missing syrup.
Bacon was burned, and the cheese was some ambiguous slice of something. I returNed the bacon. I should have retured it all for redo. How do you look at burned bacon and give it to your customer anyway.
I have ordered Fried Catfish from here several times and was pleased, however,my recent order wasn't favorable, theac & Cheese was dry, the fish didn't taste fresh. I was very disappointed.
The bake potatoe was not cooked. It was hard inside. The carrots were cold and water logged plus the corn bread was not completely cooked thru I waited on hold for 13 minutes Then I called back and they hung up on me When I finally got someone to speak to me I had to hang up because I a receiving an important call Horrible experience and food and a waste of money
Ordered burger with bacon. Burger arrived with no bacon. Buns were hard.
The dumplings weren't completely cooked. I've had them several times first time not completely cooked. Ended up throwing them away.
part of corn side dish was burnt - must not have been stirred thru day... we've been long time in store customers each week until recently & had no issues
