ordered extra Hashbrown Casserole and it was missing. ordered Freshly Brewed Premium Coffee and it was missing. food was very cold. Fresh Fruit had stems from the blueberries. strawberries were almost spoiled. not what I expect from Cracker Barrel.
I've had better from here. Mustard be bad day. Mashed potatoes hard and looked dried out. Chicken n dumplings were dry and looked it as well. Considering it is -4 outside that's why my food was cold.
Shepherd's Pie topping was burned. Forgot the mashed pot . Big disa from Cracker Barrel.
I paid for a third side with my meal of broccoli cheese casserole (which was also extra) and I didn't get it.
At best, the checkout staff were disinterested. I had to reach into the rack to pick up my order before they even acknowledged I was waiting. The food was good, but service is bad.
Did not let me know that they were out of the Iced Caramel Latte and sent a nasty hot coffee, no eating utensils either. Im very disappointed and a refund would be nice.
This is supposed to be the Mommas French Toast platter. What is this? Theres 3 different types of bread and half is miniature size. Very disappointing.
Missing gravy. Really gross.
Roast Beef was full of fat, always enjoyed the roast beef but it was terrible today
