Mashed potatoes were not fresh and not much gravy
potatoes had no gravy and were dry. no gravy on the steak. no sauces as requested in the extras section.
The food was not delivered hot like usual. This made the casserole and the eggs taste old...like they were not fresh. The bacon was rubbery instead of crispy, and the butter would not melt into the pancakes or the French toast. The beignet dish was OK.
Food is awesome, but when ordering coffee they do not close it out so your driver could easily take a sip . I would recommend not getting any drinks. My coffee was half way filled and a few stains on the lid. Not sure if he took a sip or not , but I'm trashing it!
very small portions
They suck. They rarely get everything you ordered in your bag and if they do they skimp on it. I ordered a side of gravy for $3 and there was barely any in the bottom of the container; it was not filled up. They are quite rude most of the time as well and they just don't seem to care about quality.
Second day in a row i've ordered a pancake meal that's supposed to have syrup and butter included and neither were provided. Every time i've ordered delivery from here i'm missing something or part of my meal. The food we do get is good but it's irritating to pay $25 for a meal to be delivered and its not even complete.
Food was very cold. Biscuits were hard as a rock.
I ordered a side of bacon and the shorted me. There was no jelly with the biscuits and hasn't been in my last several orders
