Amazing service. Hot food. Good portion sizes. Friendly staff. Very cool store stuff. Manager Amanda stopped by and sold me a bring home meal for my lunch the next day! I even ended up getting a dessert. Heather my server and Madison helped make sure I had everything I needed. Can’t wait to come back.
What happened Cracker Barrel? Food came out cold; cheese on the hash brown casserole was coagulated and the toast was so cold it would not melt butter. By the time I got some hot toast, my son was already done eating. So much for a happy father and Son Sunday morning breakfast.
PERFECTLY WONDERFUL! Amy was a fantastic server, I stayed a long time eating such amazing Fried Fish and trimmings, and then shopped for awhile. These people are the finest you will ever meet anywhere. They are truly happy, kind and caring people who love working at Cracker Barrel! We have been faithful CB customers for many, many years, more than 20. However, over the last 2-3 years, the experiences we've endured have been riddled with issues and problems but we kept hoping their problems would pass. We ordered our dinner tonight online for take out. Nothing about this evening's meal was enjoyable. The Roast Beef dinner was ordered with mashed potatoes/no gravy and showed up with gravy on the potatoes AND an 8oz portion of gravy on the side, in case that wasn't enough.
