Great, very American atmosphere. The service was very poor. It took 40min to bring out food for 3 people - and the highlight - 50% of the order was completely wrong items. The food by itself tasted mediocre. Louisiana skillet rice was overstated. Broccoli overcooked. Deep fried appetizers (cheese and onion) almost tasteless and greasy. The fruits were not fresh. No reason to come back unfortunately
I visited This location on March 20,2025. I put an to go order. It wasn’t that busy. I did my own BYO Breakfast and it was horrible didn’t get any cheese in my eggs. The hash brown casserole was bland. I’m from Florida was visiting with family. I got my food to go. Called back up to Cracker Barrel and the server Kimberly K was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Then I spoke with Jennifer the manager she was very pleasant and polite and wanted to fixed the problem. Customer service is getting worse by the minute.
It would be criminal if we didn't tell you how much we enjoyed eating here this week. The food was as good as it can possibly be, and that is plenty enough to draw me and my family in. But the service actually EXCEEDED the food quality... which is unheard of these days. We have the order to go by the time I got my dumplings and turnip greens. They were both cold. The dumplings look like a big blob. It was not a good meal. I’ve had this problem with them before and I keep giving them second chances because I have like their dumplings in the past. I’m including pictures from my meal.
We eat here about once a week for lunch. We always ask for Tami Parker to be our server. She is one of the best waitresses that we have ever had; you will not be disappointed with her! My only gripe is that I wish they would bring back the haddock and the vegetable of the day back to the menu. Good place to get some food!
