Waiting 30 minutes after my pickup time in the store only to be handed cold food even though I checked on it multiple times with the staff. Steak bites were cold to the touch and the eggs were room temperature.

Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake. The cake was very disappointing. It was very dry, as if it had been overbaked or perhaps it was stale.

The fool was so old! My sawmill gravy was almost yellow. The pinto bean were actually scorchedand dryied out. Fruit cup and corn muffins (no butter sent) were good.

Apparently Cracker Barrel thinks that it is appropriate to send out completely burnt food.

Second time ordering this. First order was perfect.This order was ok but the pancakes were not. Too thin..looks like a childs pancake. Also the ham looked like scrap meat (pieces ). Maybe cause I ordered on a Saturday morning, but it could've been better.....

The chicken & dumplings had literally two pieces of small chicken. There were 5 and a half COLD carrots, and barely enough fried okra to cover the bottom of the container. I've ordered from here numerous times and had good experiences, but I will never order from here again most likely. We tried calling the store and they just left us on hold.

The catfish tasted like raw fish. The pancakes tasted burnt. We did not receive syrup, butter, utensils, or salad dressing with our order.

Our Biscuits were hard and stale. Normally they are hot and fresh and soft. They substituted one of our Entrees without even checking with us I would have chosen something different if they did not have what I ordered.
