I spent $78 on maybe $20 worth of food. my drink was wrong, missing bacon and scrambled eggs and biscuits. terrible.
All of the order was cold. The fried chicken had such a thick coating and fried so hard we could not bite into the pieces. We peeled off as much of it as we could and managed to get a little meat off the breast; the rest went into the trash. They sent 4 biscuits rather than 2; all 4 were hard as rocks. Must have been microwaved too long. Could not eat; went into trash. This happens a lot with their fried chicken even though we ordered during dinner time. alot of fat on the roast
Not the fresh off the grill crispy edges pancakes that I am used to coming from Cracker Barrel. This order seemed straight out of the microwave. Everything else was okay though.
The chicken was super dry. The dumplings were melted down and congealed.
Did not receive hash brown casserole or the biscuits. Had half of an order after spending $40!
Missing part of my order and other half was over cooked. Not the Cracker Barrel I'm used to.
