If this store is going to participate in 'To Go' orders, they need to put more effort into their system. First...keep the food in a place where it can stay warm until it's picked up. On a shelf beside the register is unacceptable. Second, the kitchen needs to devote someone to keeping to correct times. Waiting an hour longer than promised is also unacceptable. Dining in here is always perfect. To go was not a good experience.
Fish tasted great but the portions were not uniform they didn't put my fries in the bag and instead of corn muffins they gave me biscuits
Items were missing, I called, the manager said it's up to the dasher to make sure everything is in there but it's funny because the receipt had everything from my order checked off from the store. Also all of the hashbrown casserole was burnt
Food was good, but the manager, Amber was very argumentative on the phone when there was an issue with the order.
I ordered the turkey and dressing dinner and it was horrible! The green beans were overcooked and the sweet potato casserole was very bland. I usually always give Cracker Barrel 5 stars but not this time! The food was also cold and I could heat that up but for the price it was nasty!!! Sorry Cracker Barrel!!!
burnt french toast. no biscuits with my country ham biscuit order. sad that instructions are so hard for people to follow.
3rd time ordering and I'm always missing somethings from the order. without fail.
Extremely disappointed in my order this time. The eggs were bland and not seasoned at all. I didn't even receive my bacon with my meal, and all the food was cold, very cold. It was almost like everything was leftover.
