Missed numerous items. Ordered baked potato came plain with with no butter even. No cheese for the cheesy eggs ordered. Sides were thrown in with meals. Silverware and Extras were not included, which matters when staying in a hotel. Very disappointed
Signature Fried Apple French Toast Bake was bad. Very dry, and barely apple slices. The restin Lancaster are so much better than at this store. They ended up in the garbage.
Food was cold. The meatloaf was a burnt end piece with no glaze on it. if I got this meal in the restaurant, I would have sent it back, then left.
My food was cold when I received it and not a lot of it. I've ordered the chicken and dumplings many times. This time besides being cold there wasn't as much food. It's chicken and dumplings but there's very little chicken. I still get it because I love the dumplings. Just wish there was some chicken with it. I think the food being cold was the Dasher's fault.
I didn't receive my hashbrown casserole. It is the 3rd time so I want you to know check before the driver leaves
Every single piece of chicken, of which there were 4, was hard as a rock. Veritably inedible. Would've had an easier time splitting an atom.
My Southern Fried Chicken was dry and overcooked. I ordered hash brown casserole,and it was topped with bacon. I was very disappointed because I dine at Cracker Barrel Restaurant regularly

Ordted breakfast with a colleague today and was disapponted with the food. Definitely NOT their usual hashbrown casserole, looks like normal hashbrowns with cheese melted on top. Major letdown considering the hashbrown casserole is one of the only elements of their food that makes them stand out from any other diner or breakfast joint. Rest of the food was okay.
