The portion of the food was ridiculous for the price. The food was very cold and it was not due to the doordash driver. The Mini Confetti Pancakes and Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast was overcooked.

I received a burnt hard piece of cake that I couldn't even eat it was terrible it tasted burnt so I threw it away

No utensils that I requ . Lousy cup of fruit. (Bits) Requeste extra napkins as i live in a nursing home and getting them here is difficult. Meatloaf was delicious as was the baked potato. Tea was very syruy and over sweet.

The last few times that I have ordered from this restaurant, my Order has been incorrect or missing items. Sometimes, the sides to my meal arent even correct. They need to do a better job at checking the orders before they send it out.

Everything was bland. The mac & cheese did not look like the picture. The meatloaf had no seasoning. It was like eating a thick hamburger with ketchup on the side. And I so disappointed in the chicken & dumplings . It used to be my favorite thing. Did y'all change the recipe of everything? Or get a new food management? Because I don't remember this meal being this awful. My family and I used to always go to Cracker Barrel when we took vacations ever since I was a little girl.
