My garlic Herb Roasted Chicken was dry and inedible. It looked like it had been sitting all day. The meat had discolored to a pale yellow and was no longer white. I did speak with manager Dave who promised to replace my meal on another visit.
Three times now haven't received drinks.
For the price that we paid the portions should have definitely been a lot bigger. Also, the burger looks like I've been cooked an hour ago. I just don't understand how you pay five dollars for less than a half a cup of soup.
the hash brown casserole was not able to be eaten. it was hard and not soft.
I love their food usually but today the Fries were burned and I couldn't eat them. Overall the food is just horrible today
portion sizes are extremely small. half the size of actual in restaurant sizes.. Got the pancake latte and received a regular coffee that looks half drunk with no seal on drink, so I didn't drink the latte/ coffee.. no opinions for add-ons such as sugar packs or condiments. every was horrible.
I didnt receive a pecan pie I gave a 1 star the chicken fried steak was awful. The gravy smelled like lard. Dont order this if your expecting a Southern Chicken fried steak it taste like a TV dinner. The Dasher was rea nice and courtesy
the quality of the food has changed SO MUCH! Everything we ordered, i could tell it had been sitting in a warmer bc it all looked burnt. I suggest if you order any extra sides, call the store and make sure they're in the bag. I was very disappointed about this order. I don't thibk we will be ordering from here unless the quality of the food changes. when you spend $60 on 2 meals you should be satisfied with what you ordered.
They constantly forget something with the order. The biscuits are the best part of the meal and they were forgotten once again.
