I'm beginning to wonder why they even have the pecan roll on the menu because they never have them. Packaging should be improved cuz you put everything in one plate and the green bean juice sogged out everything.. very disappointed. Cream gravy didn't taste very good and you sure were stingy with the gravy portion.. had to make my own gravy.. seems like there's always something wrong every time I order from this restaurant. No more!
This is literally the 4th time in about 9 months that they have forgotten the gravy. This time they blamed the DoorDash driver for not waiting for them to finish making a new batch. But then why did they put my food out on the shelf for pickup??? Manager needs to figure out a better process. Also, the mashed potatoes were dry and lumpy.
pot pie dough raw - not cooked through. could not eat meals .. not safe
This was the absolute worst meal. The only thing edible was the pancakes.
The salad was a head of lettuce, an egg, a few croutons and 3-4 oz of chicken. All that for ~$15. Not such a good deal!
Missing meal and drink. This happens often here.
The biscuits and gravy we missing from the Grandpa's country Fried Breakfast. The hash brown tater tot casserole wasn't recieved either, there were six mushy tots with no toppings received in their place. Small items were placed alone in overly large plastic containers so they arrived cold and beaten up looking from sliding around (i.e. unappetizing looking and in need of reheating). We frequent this Cracker Barrel often. Will never order to have it delivered ever again after this. Old timers breakfast comes with biscuits and gravy. However I ordered extra biscuits and gravy to go with other items we ordered. Got tons of biscuits, one cup of gravy that was half full. No additional gravy, which u paid $5.99 for biscuits and gravy completely separate from the old timers. Got very little hash brown casserole as well. We've ordered from this restaurant many times because the food is great. But I don't think we've received a single order that wasn't missing something or had an order wrong.
