The food was delicious and delivered early. As always the chow chow and onions (that should be automatically be added because it will not let you add a comment) were not in the bag !!! Every time we order a Bowl of Pinto Beans they restaurant never puts them in the bag....always have to ask for it. Since I ordered from DoorDash I can't go back in and ask for it before I head home...
This makes the 3rd time getting Cracker Barrel and no gravy was sent. I know it may sound petty to some, but if you're looking forward to it and dont get it, it makes a difference. Also the food was cold even though it got here on time.
Unfortunately, Cracker Barrel's packaging of their food for to go orders creates a messy, mixed up plate of food. The juice from the green beans is mixed with all the other items. They mash potatoes were lumpy. Grilled Chicken Tenders were okay (soaked in green bean juice). The macaroni and cheese was the only tasty item. I also ordered Vegetable Soup Bowl, which spilled out of the container into the bag. Overall, not a good choice for a Door Dash order.
The chicken in pot pie was extremely chewy and very very little gravey. The mashed potatoes were refrigerated cold in middle and gravey was tasteless. Quality of food has so declined. Mushy mess
Didn't receive muffins with soup. Soup had about 2 tablespoons in each cup and it was stone cold! Most of the food was good but was also a little cold.
5 pancakes were missing 2 In particular, from a pancake meal! 2 other pancakes were burned! we were given gravy but no biscuits? for a $40 plus meal?
This meal was terrible. I had to throw it all away. The hamburger steak smelled like fish. Disgusting. Its usually really good.
Their latte machine was broken and their sausages were burnt and they forgot the whole side . Definitely not a $60 order, more like $25 order
Neither items came with gravy, which both meals were supposed to have. Also the eggs are runny. I love Cracker Barrel but this time wasn't good.
