The fried catfish was over cooked and dried out
Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast was really good. Chicken was flavorful with crispy breading, and it worked quite well with the French toast. The Egg Sandwich, on the other hand, wasn't as well recieved. My gf wasn't keen on the "sweetness" of the bread. She liked the egg part along with the fruit but the bread ruined the sandwich, in her opinion.
The Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout was excellent!
Evvvverything was delicious and packaged securely.
