This is the second time I've ordered from Kingsland Cracker Barrel and the last. Food was terrible, cold, portions were comical. Ordered chicken and dumplings, there were three dumplings and two pieces of chicken. It's not worth wasting your money or time on. Pick a different chain that's better managed.
Didn't get my Cole slaw AGAIN
Chicken was not cooked and potatoes & carrots were hard!
My eggs were undercooked and cold
The driver called me and said they were out of pot roast and offered an alternative so I picked meat loaf. He later texted and said they had just gotten more pot roast so cracker barrel said they would add pot roast to the meatloaf which I didnt expect but then there was no meatloaf and the potroast was so dry I could hardly cut it.
My breckfest looked and tasted like last weeks I even ordered peach cobbler that had four slices of peaches that were out of thrfreg cold and a bite of biscuit s
If there was a way to give ZERO stars, that's EXACTLY what they deserve!! OUT of Chicken and Dumplings, but did NOT contact me to allow me to order anything else; just wrote it on the receipt. OUT of the onion petals, too; but NO notification about those, either!! Fish that was sent are absolutely PATHETIC and are about half the size of a chicken tender. Are these fried sardines?!? COMPLETELY ruined are evening meal!!!
