Food is always very good. Service is good. Every time I order pickup I always have something missing! Paid extra for a loaded bake potato, no potato, previous visit, no biscuits, time before ordered and paid for apple butter, none in bag. I live out of town so it's not worth it to come back. Please check your bag for accuracy!
I had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel! The food was delicious, hot, and just what I was craving, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Emily. She was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming the entire time. She made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask, and she had such a warm personality that made us feel right at home. One of the best Cracker Barrels I have been to! Our server, Ashley was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. The food was delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs. The environment was welcoming and every employee had a smile on their face. We look forward to stopping there again when we're in the area.
Hailey was an absolute delight! From her warm welcome to her attentive service, she made our dining experience top-notch. She offered great menu recommendations and was always there when we needed her. Truly exceptional service—Hailey went above and beyond! We’ll definitely be back!
Megan our server was AMAZING!!!! The entire time she was great. The food was sub par though my sirloin tips came out overcooked along with three overcooked eggs and they changed the recipe for the sausage gravy so it tasted very plain. But again Megan was Amazing apologizing for the wait and super attentive.. it’s Sunday morning after church so we knew we would be waiting a bit. All around not a bad experience since we’ve visited many Cracker Barrel’s and had way worse experiences.
