Great service at this location. My review of the Dothan, Alabama location covers everything else. It was originally a great idea for a business model, but the food has been forgotten in the process.
We usually don't have a problem with this Cracker Barrel. Usually service and food is good. We were greeted promptly, and when we asked to sit by the fireplace, were accommodated. Our server took our order promptly. We did have a problem with the food today and our server was quick to fix the problem.

Turkey and gravy was very good. Server was excellent. The atmosphere was good. I always enjoy every Cracker Barrel I have been to.
Everyone I know loves Cracker Barrel. They're just about everywhere, and you never get an unpleasant surprise. This Cracker Barrel was very nice and everyone there was pleasant and helpful. We were very hungry and had a toddler with us. They served us fast and gave him something to do before the food got there.

Arrived early for breakfast on way home. We were seated immediately by Sharon who was also our server. Food and service excellent. Sharon treated us as if we were guests in her home.
We always like to go to Cracker Barrel while traveling. We know what to expect. You can find anything off the menu. Pork, Beef, Chicken or Fish with a nice selections of sides. I got the fire roasted chicken with vegetables. It was more than I needed.
