I never leave a bad review. Ordered a "biscuit breakfast". There was no biscuit to be found. I realize cold food is part of it with DD, but there was a chunk of raw, cold (not cool) potato in the hash browns. Dasher was great. Food was lackluster and missing a key portion.
either the dashers are eating my steak or cracker barrel isn't putting hardly any in there. I am lucky if I get 8 little pieces of steak in my box. It always tastes good but the amount is significantly decreasing.
Took forever to get my order ready, Biscuit Beignets - forgot the sweet butter pecan sauce. Way to dry to eat without it.
Ordered pinto beans, got mashed up what looked like refried beans. Ordered a whole chocolate pecan pie, didn't get it. Ordered biscuits with both meals, got one biscuit and one cornbread. This is not the first time I have had issues with food from there I just let it go before.

I ordered overmedium eggsand got over hard. The sausage was dry and hard making me believe it either was not fresh or was over cooked, the coffee was horrible for a caramel latte and the 2 half gallons i ordered were never included. willnot orderagain!
Food took forever to get ready. pancakes tasted bad like they were cooked in old vegetable oil. biscuits taste bland like they were out of a can. definitely not homemade. gravy was just ok as well. wont order again. there's far better options in the area
Did not receive 4 different items. They substituted another item and did not ask or tell us. Overall I give it zero thumbs up. Very sad when you use this service multiple times a week.
