I'm always disappointed by the portions. The delivery prices are higher but the portion sizes are so often ALSO significantly smaller than the in-cafe experience. Either one would be understandable but both is just painful.

The food was really good quality, unfortunately, it was missing a few items and I always feel super bad when my dashers have to wait forever. It would be nice if there was more coordination. When the order is ready, then call the dasher. Thankfully my dasher was super patient, I just wish that I could tack on an extra tip, because waiting an hour anywhere is a bummer.

Didn't receive pecan log. :( country fried steak was not very good. The sides were really good however.

This was by far the worst steak I've ever received from you guys. It was beyond tough, like trying to chew through raw hide, not well seasoned and it was cold. Nothing else was cold, just the steak, so we can't even blame that on the Dasher and the Mac-n-Cheese was burnt. If this would have been my first taste of your restaurant, it would have absolutely been my last. Luckily, I know that things can be better. Thank God the baked potato was fine.
