French toast was burnt and bacon was raw, undercooked. Missing items from my order.
The food is always good, but their delivery service is terrible. We have had problems with the wrong order or missing items 3 times in a row and have had to go back to the store to fix it. For our most recent order, on top of not receiving our eggs and meat, they didn't even give us syrup for the pancakes. It can't be that hard
Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places to eat and this order tasted like they gave me an old meatloaf that had been sitting, I was gross. I couldn't even eat it.
Ordered from here twice now and both times we were missing most of at least one meal. Shame because the food is really good if it makes it into the bag
Double chocolate cake was small for price. Everything else was good.
No syrup, no gravy with my biscuits n gravy and my beverage was only 3/4 filled extremely disappointed

Very disappointed with my DoorDash order. Biscuit was hard as a rock, CFS was overcooked and cold along with the sides.
Shrimp over cooked, mashed potatoes dry & broccoli overcooked. No condiments I requested showed up
