Homestyle Chicken Salad didn't have chicken on it. Getting paid back from DD for that thankfully. Food was cold on arrival. One tea was 3/4 full. Definitely not worth over $100 for 3 adults and 2 children but we had a family emergency and needed to feed the kids.
The pancakes delicious as always, I've always loved Cracker Barrel, and until today I had never had any issues. The order was super delayed, which happens and I wouldn't have really cared except that the eggs, that was for my son, were raw and not edible,
the pancakes tasted old and were very hard and not fluffy
steak was too pink for me and it was bland
The last 3 times we got the mashed potatoes, they've been terrible. They changed them. They're dry, smashed old baked potatoes.
Hair inside my green beans. Yes, you heard that right. Mashed potatoes.... why is their two types of meat in them? I was really looking forward to simple mashed potatoes and gravy. Fries were so soggy I should've just threw them in my air fryer but should I HAVE to do that? No. Needless to say, the DASHER was amazing. Beignets were raw on the inside, they were really good besides being undercooked. The hash brown casserole was crunchy because the potatoes were undercooked which was sad because obviously thats the best thing on the menu. The biscuits were really good though and the bacon was perfect.
Not enough sugar and cinnamon in the beignets!
French toast was awful, and didn't come with syrup. its like someone fried an egg and put it on some toast and called it a day.
