They left out several items. The driver told me about 1 but did not call to see if I wanted a substitution she just said they refunded money for that item. But actually there were 3 other items that were left out. Food was cold and not good at all. Just threw it away, was unable to even eat the chicken and dumplings
If I'm asking for something specific that I paid extra for, then I would really like to get it. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. Sure it's just apple butter, but if I'm paying for it, I expect to get it. I can see it on the receipt and the order receipt itself.
The corn tasted like fish.
Loaded Baked Potato the size of a small red potato.. worst ever. Forgot salad dressing for house salad they also forgot to include...Chicken dry( chicken fried chicken)... cola cake was super dry not moist very sad . Definitely not worth 40 dollars WORST dinner EVER
Something is ALWAYS left out of order from this location. Today my hash brown casserole
Grandpa's Country breakfast was ice cold with a Tablespoon of Gravy on the meat. Biscuits came with no gravy as described, no other condiments ( jelly, butter, salt, pepper) no forks or knife to cut a steak with. Quality control at location is consistently bad.
The first order had less than half the original order. I went through DD support to have the order redone and sent back out. This has happened several times in the past with Cracker Barrel. The food is good, they just need to pay attention to make sure the entire order is packed. And maybe not each item in it's own box...the whole Country Boy Breakfast can be in one container plate.
Sausage was not cooked. It was still pink in the middle
The bacon was the only thing that was decent. French toast was incredibly burned, almost black. They made my dasher wait an hour for this burnt toast
