Love the store not the food or ambiance! Service was good. Tables are sticky did not want to touch anything. Very loud and seating is crowded. Food taste like it comes out of a can.
My one and only visit to the Cracker Barrel. Not sure if they are all alike, but not taking the chance. Other than the service, nothing was worth the visit. The firs issue is you walk into a craft shop with seasonal stuff and scented candles. etc. You have to pass through this place to be seated. Once you arrived...
No military discount. Cracker Barrel gives a discount for a bus driver but offers no discount for veterans or active military. That's sad!
Ordered medium steak and they brought out a well done steak.... then had to wait another 20 minutes to get a medium-well steak... guess they don't know what Medium means. Nothing like eating after the family is done!! Waitress was apologetic but apparently the manager had no time for us to rectify the poor food and ridiculous wait for another...
We were at the NBR and need food for the kids since we got a late start and couldn't get them out of the water. Ended up ordering for pickup since it shut down at 10 and we got burgers that were burnt and other dishes poorly put together. Never get pickup!
The last 2 times we went to this restaurant, my daughter's and my pancakes were burned to the point they were not edible. First time I let it slide, I was in a good mood having a breakfast date with my kid. 2nd time I paid my bill telling myself I would not eat there any more. Third time dining...
Waitress made us clean our table after our son spilt his chocolate milk. We had to go to the bathroom to retrieve paper towels to clean the table to eat. Food was marginal at best but the bacon was crispy.
Way over priced, 1.99 for weak coffee, 4.95 for 2 eggs and 2 biscuits!!! That's it, eggs were cold. We will never return
Excellent home cooked meal. Nice serving sizes. Quick service.
