Used to love this place, but they are terrible and don't care about what they are making anymore. Received burnt hard meatloaf that's not edible! The worst I've ever had and I always got it in the past. So disappointing.
The pinto beans are dried up and the ham in them is dried up. The fish pieces were very small and overcooked and hard. Carrots were the only thing good and biscuits.
Good but there were lots of shells in my eggs so I couldn't eat them
I was very disappointed when my food arrived. As a cancer patient, eating is something I don't do very well and this am I was hungry and wanted mommas pancake breakfast. It was edible, the pancakes were spongy and the bacon was slightly burnt. Very disappointed . I provided the photos in another review. Do better Cracker Barrel.
Very unsatisfied, my pancakes were not cooked to their usual standards. They were flat and ugly looking and I'm very disappointed. When I called management to let them know, they didn't even do anything, but tell me to call DoorDash to complain.
Iced tea had no contact with ice. Arrived very warm and no "sweat" on the cup. Machine must be broken, but I wasn't notified. The Cornbread was not burned! Campfire Beef was tough, as though Cracker B chose the very toughest cut of meat, cut it into large chunks, and didn't allow the meat to stew long enough to become tender. The one chunk that was tender was really good! Best part of the meal were the skin-on potatoes and cornbread. I suggest that you try the chicken (and no cold drink) if this meal looks good to you.
Wife ordered campfire shrimp dinner and was a HUGE disappointment compared to the chicken campfire.
Items paid for were missing. Called the restaurant and they said they cant do anything because it went through door dash
the lady when I went to pickup my order asked me to confirm while doing so she threw my bag on top of the register/podium thing without handing it to me it was falling to the floor thankfully I was able to catch it. she didn't apologize or anything very rude & unprofessional
