Burnt pancakes and taste burnt
The French toast was awful, just dry and like rubber at the same time.
The cinnamon roll pie was dry and did not taste good. I ordered this for my daughter and her family for "St Lucia" day. She said it was not good.
Food wasn't handled well. Beans were dry and tasted old. Sweet potato arrived cut open with skin in the potato. Overall it was terrible and I'm finished with Cracker Barrel.
Main course portions were tiny. Hardly any chicken meat in the chicken and dumplings. Side dishes were awful. Fries were hard and dried out to the point of inedibility. Mashed potatoes lumpy, watery, and unseasoned. Hash brown casserole hard and stale. Couldn't eat most of it. Everything was cold.
They can never get a full to-go order correct. They always forget multiple items.
Very undercooked eggs and hashbrown casserole.
Hashbrown casserole had a lot of grease and onions not chopped up fine like normal..
They're super great at not including additional purchased sides like gravy. I've ordered a few times and it's always at least a 70% chance they won't include the extras you paid for.
