It was so nice the atmosphere the service the food all of it just all came together and complimented each other. I really enjoyed myself and the food was served with so much hospitality and our server just kept checking on us and making sure out glasses were never empty.. he had such a beautiful and humble personality.. really enjoyed and was awed by his service.. thank you John for making my first experience with Cracker Barrel the best. I ordered take out and waited in my car where it was the pick-up area. The nice young lady brought my meal out. We ordered the Ribs with sides rice and corn. The meal looked delicious except we noticed the rice container was not filled up all the way. We also ordered the smoked chicken breast, mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans. Looked delicious.
Great food, great service. Jaime is such an amazing server! The biscuits and gravy are my favorite as always. Only downside is paying at the front, there’s no signs saying where to stand so the front people won’t tell you til the line builds up where it’s “supposed to be” very unfortunate
Amy made our visit here so enjoyable. She has excellent customer service, unlike we experienced with the hostess. She had a bubbly personality and met us on a personal level. I watched as she busted her rear serving and busting tables. I was very impressed.
This restaurant is a must try. The food is super high quality and delicious made with passion. You can tell by the freshness of the ingredients! The person who served us was, Karina, she did absolutely great. Great customer service, communication and hospitality :-) Definitely 10/10 would recommend Dishes at display: 1) Steak-n-Eggs (Medium Rare with ScrambledEggs) 2) Oreo Stuffed-Pancakes 3) Biscuits with BB/Strawberry Jam 4) Orange Jucie 5) Chicken Salad
