worst ordered soup packaged as if customer didn't matter.
The Loaded Hashbrown Casserole does not look like what's pictured or size. Not worth the $30 for a"family size" casserole now we have to find another place for food.
Meatlo was burnt and biscuits were hard. That is not the norm, but that's how it turned out today.
I ordered the Momma's Pancake Breakfast®, my pancakes were partially taken out and it had knife marks in them.. this was a major bummer.. also they seemed to be dry. I also ordered the Fresh Fruit which only had pineapple and some blue berries. It was not worth the 5 bucks.
Half the meat that should have been on the plate. Old dried out mashed potatoes
The meatloaf is dry and burned. The corn bread is dry and over cooked. We have always enjoy the meals from cracker barrel. Never again.
Delivery was great. Unfortunately the Chicken Pot Pie was sub par and lacked any flavor. It was very bland and what really saved it were the biscuits and cornbread muffin.
Biscuits n' Gravy with sausage. So disappointed. This is not the Cracker Barrel I remember. Both biscuits and sausage at least 50% smaller. Biscuits tasted like over salted flour. The sausage was a summer sausage. Over all absolutely nasty.
Food came cold and eggs weren't cooked through.
