Loaded Hashbrown Casserole received a hash brown casserole that was supposed to be "loaded" but was plain. This is a $26.44 dish, unacceptable
I ordered biscuits and gravy $10. I received biscuits with no gravy. DoorDash offered 5$ refund. I think it would've been more appropriate to refund the whole cost for the dry biscuits with no gravy. I understand the store doesnt set the refund. They're getting the review for the missing ingredient. The hash browns were wet (i re-fried them) and the chicken and dumplings were ok.
Pot Roast nothing like the picture...no savory gravy just dry chunks of beef. did not get my greens instead got a double portion of pinto beans ! Who wants all those beans!? I usually love Cracker Barrel but this was NOT IT!!!

sausage was dry and impossible to eat. scrambled eggs looked like the plastic toy eggs. tasted like it as well. the hotcakes were good though

I've never had cracker barrel breakfast before and if this is how it always is, I will never again either. I know why they call it Sawmill Gravy as it has about the same taste as sawdust, the Smoked Sausage Patties were horrible and tasted like cheap soggy slimjims, the bacon was the best part untill I got out the butter and log cabin syrup for the biscuits we didn't put in the liquid saw dust. -500/10 would not recommend if I could thumb down the Sawmill Gravy more then once I would.
