Loved the country fried steak, carrots and hashbrown casserole!! Super delicious!! Thank you very much!!!
Good except the bacon was NOT crispy
The food was very tasty! However , I do have some complaints. I asked for a well done Big Easy Steak & Shrimp dinner. I did see some pink inside. Also, I didn't get the cornbread muffins that were supposed to come with my meal and the strawberry icebox pie that I ordered didn't have any strawberries on it. I took some strawberries from my Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake and put them on my Strawberry Icebox Pie ! I also didn't receive any of the condiments I asked for! Nevertheless, the food was very tasty!
I have never had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel. Everything is always hot and fresh and delicious!
country fried steak little dry
We do order from here quite frequently, sometimes it's just okay but the Meatloaf dinner was outstanding and the fact that you can now order extra Brown Gravy made it even better. The Barrel Cheeseburger* was good but I ordered medium and got well done which left it a little dry.
Country Fried Steak itself was tender, saw mill gravy was a glumpy mess (glad it was not on the steak,) brown gravy on mashed potatoes was salty, mac n cheese was phenomenal!
Country Fried Steak it was just okay. The mashed potatoes were watery and the gravy was very bland. Everything was barely warm. The Country Fried Steak at Bob Evans is better
