The biscuits and gravy came with 4 biscuits and only half a cup of gravy! There was not enough gravy to cover the biscuits! Very disappointing!
Was overdone, you couldn't even tell which ones were carrots and what was tomatoes you could tell what the chicken was and the corn on the cob and the potatoes because they were round. There were too many little bones in the chicken. I've never had chicken with that many little bones. Walmart lemon roasted chicken has a better flavor than this instead.
My chicken was so burnt I was not even edible. I can not even believe they sent this out the door.

The steak was extremely chewy, very fatty and drenched in garlic powder - not edible. The chicken was dry and hard, I would have rather had Wendy's! Cracker Barrel's food quality has gone to crap
Fo many yeare I enjoyed Cracker Barrel fairly often, but now it seems like the people have a level of greed that is ruining the restaurant.The shepherds pie shrunk by about 25%. and the portions on the vegetable plate have become tiny. the pot roast is very good! i was alittle bummed that I didn't realize it disnt come with it over mashed potatoes. Itis different without it.it is still good! thw mac and cheese is good but neeed some salt and pepper. I think there was a mistake with the brocccoli though. It is RAW! It is crunchy, doesnt taste like it was cooked (has that earthy taste) and isnt even as warm as the rest of the food in the container. im really disappointerested in that. They need a new cook or hire the old one back and pay them more. The Hamburger Steak was so hard I could barely cut it. The okra was hard and brown gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted like a cheap packaged gravy mix! Tried to eat the potatoes around the gravy but was left hungry after the meal. Will not order again. my order was on time but I don't like how m coffee was sent just opened with no form of tape or nothing covering the lid.
