The meatloaf meal was just OK. The bottom of the meatloaf was burnt, and it tasted burnt. The other items with that meal were good. The biscuit breakfast was very sad. The biscuit was hard and could not slice it. It crumbled into 5 hard pieces. It was not eaten. The hash browns were greasy. No butter for the biscuit, if it was good enough to eat. The beef was very charred and tasted burnt, there was no carrots or celery as shown in the display picture just burnt meat
The meatloaf was horrible, no seasoning and nothing like the pic on your site. where was the tomato paste/sauce? very disappointed.
Terrible experience, ordered $90 worth of food and forgot MY entree.
The Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage were pasty and tasted horrible. The bacon was great but, the rest of it was not good.
HashHashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was burnt. Was supposed to get Meatloaf mashed potatoes, dumplings and macaroni and cheese got green beans instead of macaroni and cheese. Food was cold.
I got the two pork chops with mashed potatoes, gravy, and okra. It was all great however, the okra was dry.
The food was delicious as usual, but it always seems like it's hit or miss when I order a drink from here whether I get it or not. This time, unfortunately, I ordered orange juice and didn't receive it. The receipt even had a check mark next to Orange Juice (Large) where they had confirmed everything was there.
