steak tips tasted like a whole bottle of seasoning was just dumped on them
2 out of 3 meals were ice cold, cornbread was burnt
The hash browns tots were soft and mushy, the mashed potatoes with gravy barely had any gravy at all and all of the shrimp were hard. This was very disappointing as I usually love Cracker Barrels food.
The meatloaf and chicken were good, but the side orders were lacking. Mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless and they had maybe a scant teaspoon of gravy. There was literally 2 small slices of apple for the fried apple side, and about 2 tablespoons of hashbrown casserole. Even the usually delicious biscuits were burned and inedible.
No chicken with my french toast and the french toast is burnt!!! HORRIBLE
All my food is scrambled up like a casserole. Thi is mashed potatoes, corn, hash brown casserole and meatloaf. Disgusting.

In the menu it claims to give you 16oz for one chocolate milk, and with a charge of $5. when your actual getting a half a pint (6oz). so in whole i paid 10 dollars for two little cartons of milk. doesn't seem right...
the food was cold. the hash browns were overcooked.
