Food cold and pancakes had to be cooked earlier! Grits real lumpy. Everything was nasty and cold
Food was incomplete for the price that they charge at least you should get the food promised.
Disgusting food. Eggs were watery, pancakes barely cut through witha steak knife, they forgot to include silverware, and the orange juice wasn't shaken, so what I got was watered down also. Waste of money
Food was cold. Pancakes were horrible like rubber. Bacon was way undercooked . Will not or from here again.

My chicken was burned, the broccoli was hard and the beans were mush.
My son's burgers were super dry and there was barely any gravy on my smothered steak. Which defeats the name smothered. I have given them another chance and the failed once again.

This morning I ordered from Crackle Barrel and items were over cooked and burnt. This evening I order and the meatloaf is not cooked in all areas. I have 2 pieces of what appears to be red meat in my meatloaf. I have taken a picture but not sure how to send it. I order crackle barrel all the time but today has been disappointing.
