Stopped here on the way to Nashville. We travel a lot and have stopped at hundreds of Cracker Barrel’s. The food was exceptional at this one. I also love when I get the fancy blue plate. Happens every once in a while. It always makes my food taste better. Our server did not offer or bring us biscuits or corn bread which is Gods way of saying, “ you don’t need the extra calories.”
Our family stopped here on our way back from Florida. We love Cracker Barrel!! They were not busy, which we thought was good because we needed to get back on the road to home. We ordered white cheddar bites for an appetizer. We have kids and they were hungry. They finally arrived after 45 min! You would think we would have gotten an apology or explanation or even some biscuits and cornbread … nope! We then waited 30 or more minutes for our food to arrive. The food takes a long time to arrive and is also served almost cold. The waitresses try to maintain a comfortable atmosphere, but the service and food are not good.
This was my first time at Cracker Barrel and I can’t even explain how great everything was. First, our server Nikki was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and we didn’t even need to ask, she just knew. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Second, our food was on point. Everything was hot and fresh and came out very quickly. We even got biscuits and gravy to start. Yum! Keep up the great work! We will be back next time we pass through town.
