This order was placed for someone in the hospital who has not been able to eat for 3 days. There were 2 sides of chicken and dumplings that were for this person and both sides were left out of each order. Unsatisfied to say the least not to mention the food was cold.
the Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was missing all the veggies, including mashed potatoes and gravy. it was good, but it was only meat & hashbrowns. oh, there was 1 carrot
paid 5$ for a latte amd got a black coffee. not right.
Did not send dressing for the salad, no butter for the bread. Ive always had gravy on my chicken fried chicken(not sure if it supposed to come w it or not), no gravy. Baked potato was not cooked fully. 1/10 do not recommend.
Found HAIR cooked inside of my pancakes. Everything tastes burnt. And eggs are still raw. Not impressed.
Meatloaf was full of gristle. The quality of the beef is completely unacceptable for what Cracker Barrel charges. Half of our condiments were missing as well. Not a great experience.
The Egg Sandwich didn't have the cheese (that I paid extra for) or mayo on it and we got the Momma's French Toast Breakfast® which has a ton of French toast and Cracker Barrel only sent one syrup.
Food was very cold and everything look old. Nothing look like it was cooked fresh.
Food took forever for pickup and we ended up throwing it out. Inedible.
