Placed our order, 20 minutes later our waiter tells us that the chicken was not prepped and that dish was not available. Changing my order to a sandwich, which was terrible, my family's food came out cold, most likely was being held to make sandwich. Only good thing, telling manager want happened, he did not charge us for our meals.
