Disappointing. We made a reservation online, arrived and waited 30 minutes for a table, which was understandable. However, it took another 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and over an hour for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, when it did, the food was inedible. The service was extremely slow. 40 minutes in, the server dropped off 3 biscuits with apple butter to the table. This place need to be shut down for awhile. I’m not sure how they are getting away with the way things are going at the particular location(Fairburn,Ga) I think the problem starts with management. Also the building can use some cleaning especially the men restroom. The water in the sink is barely running. Awesome food as always.... Atmosphere and ambience is always on point our server was awesome as well.
The prime rib was so delicious as well as all the sides. I glad I have lots of leftovers. I can enjoy it for many days. I’m so glad I choice to go with Cracker Barrel for Christmas dinner. I will definitely buy again next year.
The 2 ladies who oversee the Heat n Serve meals are absolutely a blessing! I called in a week or so before a Thanksgiving to place my order. I needed to make a substitution for the sweet potato casserole and could do it through the online order portal. The sweet lady that took my call wrote down my request and personally made sure her coworker knew about the change. When we picked up our meal 11/26, our meal was packed and brought to our car.
