The chicken was not at all fresh. It appears to me it was chicken that hand been cooked earlier that day. It was very very hard.
The fried chicken tasted greasy and old. Not fresh like it usually is with them. It was also overly battered. In fact, it didn't taste or look like their fried chicken at all. I have eaten with them for years but never had my chicken from them taste or look this poorly. Also, my coke zero was missing. However, the veggies especially the turnips were good though.
Sausage was unavailable. They asked what else I would prefer, country ham. I waited and they handed me my bag but never put the ham in it. I wasn't the only one that had issues with their Togo orders today though.
Pancakes tasted fried! Literally so greasy I couldn't eat. Veggie plate was missing one veggie and food tasted old, not fresh. Surprising bad food quality when order was placed during busy lunch hour. Very disappointed!
Food was undercooked.

there was a dish that was made eggs inside of some bread and it looks like instead of making the eggs inside of the bread they just made some eggs and threw bread with a hole in the center on top of it
Burnt burger. Very little gravy was on it.
