I have only visited this store once, but my first visit was a bit of a disappointment because of the poor service. My food was served lukewarm and took a very long time to arrive. My beverage did not arrive until right before my food arrived after a 30-40 minute wait after my order was taken. I had a very difficult time getting refills on my beverage and never received one of my requests, which was for biscuits before my meal.
