French toast was not properly cooked. Doesn't look as if it was browned at all!
Both the Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet and Fresh Berry French Toast Bake were delicious. But the French Fresh Berry French Toast Bake wasn't warm and was missing the fruit and toppings.
Food was cold, eggs were scorched, pancakes were made smaller than normal.
Ordered loaded baked potato only received A potato which was black all the way through. No tartar sauce, no hot sauce, okra cooked too hard, Cole slaw watery a wasted of 25 dollars
Roast beef was stringy and tough. The mashed potatoes were cold and had very little gravy. The Tips, Tenders n' Shrimp Platter was all in separate containers instead of on a plate. Did not get the okra, which was the first side. Everything was cold and portions were very small. This was the second order in a row that we have gotten from Cracker Barrel that was not what I expect from Cracker Barrel.
The food is nowhere near as good as it used to be years ago. The **WEDNESDAY ONLY** Broccoli Cheddar Chicken was nothing but a small, thin, tough piece of chicken breast with 4 pieces of broccoli, cracker crumbs, and runny, watery cheese. The carrots were on the verge of being crunchy. Have people just stopped caring about quality altogether these days??
The steak on the Tips, Tenders n' Shrimp Platter was well done and tough. the Chicken Tenders were over charred. Not happy
Most of the food I received was cold. The Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy was gelatinous. The The Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast was ok, except that is was missing both sides of Hashbrown Casserole. In fact, there were several items missing from the order. This seems to happen quite often and is very disappointing.
The meatloaf was a small 1/4 slice, dried out and burnt top. Just awful, not edible. Usually not like that. Tea with child's veggie plate was missing. Smallest portions of vegetables ever, but at least they were good. Salad was good. It was just a disappointment tonight.
