I was charged extra for a baked potato but didn't receive it.
I was disappointed with my order this time. The serving sizes were smaller than normal and the food was cold. My Dasher was pretty quick getting from Cracker Barrel to my house so I'm sure it wasn't my Dasher's fault.
As usual, items were missing.
missing a drink. plating could've been better. looked a mess.
Food is usually good but got a totally different order than what we ordered, which has happened more than once now. Inconsistent menu availability is a little annoying sometimes too but I understand that the restaurant business.
As many times as I've ordered from Cracker Barrel I know about how big a dirt cup usually is, but last night it was only one layer of pudding and one layer of cookie crumbs. Its usually 2 layers of each! With the prices being higher on door dash, I expect to get what I pay for or even more not less!
