the French toast was really gross. seems like an alternative ingredient was used that made it all gooey. perhaps due to the egg issue.
They sent a small portion of roast beef that had too much fat on it. The mashed potatoes were lumpy and not in a good way. The biscuits were slightly burned yet cold and hard like they'd been sitting around for a while. Pleck!
The food look like was alte prepared before I order .... The pabca tasted old... the rash brown casserole was uncooked , also the biscuits was old 'll never order from here again !!! Very disappointed for expensive food !!!!
the chicken and dumplings were dry and gummy couldn't eat.
They are never consistent with food order or bag sealing. Bag is not always sealed. They seal it with a sticker. Sometimes the sticker is just placed on the bag without even trying to close the bag other times no sticker at all. Also, bottle of syrup is placed directly onto pancakes inside the container.
One of my orders of biscuits and gravy was missing. I called the store and was placed on hold so long I finally hung up. The sausage was not done on my other two orders that we did get.
None of the condiments I asked for where there. Steak was over cooked and so we're the eggs. And then didn't have sauce to make it better
Ordered Gravy n' Biscuits but failed to be delivered. Ordered sweet tea to drink but unsweet tea was delivered. All food was cold. Complimentary biscuits were hard. Overall bad and expensive experience.
