Food was good, we ordered potato bar, Mac and cheese and salad. However, delivery was late and they forgot utensils. By the time we realized there weren’t any utensils it was quicker to go to the grocery store versus wait to be delivered.
I received a call from EZCater that our 11:45AM delivery was running aprox. 10 min late and should arrive approx. 12PM. Delivery arrived at 12:30PM. Each 'meal' indicates it 'feeds 10 people' but there is no way the sugar ham and sirloin tips provided would have served 10 people. Also, the cornbread muffins were missing. I'm never satisfied with the quality, amounts, or presentation of their food. It's not the same as eating in the restaurant.
Wrong order was delivered, we were told the correct order could not be fulfilled and to keep the other order at no charge. While the freebie is appreciated, it wasn't close to what was ordered and it was disappointing.
Long time customer, and this isn’t the first time that Cracker Barrel has been late nor the fist time they have screwed up our order. Typically they make it right and redeliver the missing items. Not this time! I ordered breakfast for 50 people and they didn’t send 4 trays. I contacted EZCater to let them know about the $122 of missing food (eggs, bacon and sausage) and they said that the Manager argued that the cook didn’t package it well but included everything. Breakfast was great. However, they forgot to bring our plates and cups and since we had packed the office for our move I had to go hunt down plates and cups from the moving truck.
delivery was good some egg casserole was not done.
