I have always loved CB however, this is the second time we go to the Buford location and it’s the worst!!! The first negative experience was when we were seated, ordered and were waiting 40 minutes before we asked our server for a status and were told we had to wait another 30 minutes because there was limited staff on kitchen. Cracker Barrel used to be a great breakfast spot but since the pandemic the quality of the food has changed and the vibe is like going to your local Bridge or Bingo Tournament and/or your Northeast Georgia Medical Appointment. I used to love their pancakes and fried chicken but the pancakes have changed from tasty to doughy. Not that great of a visit. Biscuits came were not brought to the table. Ordered chicken tenders. No sauces were given. Tenders were on the dry side. Okra was dry and not good. Server was fine. Blamed the hostess for food not coming out correctly. Usually, service and food is a lot better but have not been to a Cracker Barrel in a couple of years. They always have a fun selection of items in their general store.
We were seated quickly, waitress came took order! All was good until food came, we ordered chicken breast they were both raw and vegetables were only warm not hot! The Buford location is definitely going down in my book! Last two times have been horrible! I reached out to corporate last time and received free meal! But this night be last time for Buford location for me!
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We ordered steakt, baked potatoe and salad. Finished every bite and felt very satisfied when we were done I definitely recommend this restaurant and we will continue to eat here for a long time. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food received. Excellent
