Our food was delicious however; the cheeseburgers were overcooked and hard because they are thin & small to begin with.
Catfish was good, but not enough tartar sauce for the one piece. Carrots were soggy and the biscuits were burned. Biscuits should have gone right to the trash at the restaurant instead of pawning them off on unsuspecting take away customers. This Cracker Barrel needs to try harder.
This particular location is very very poorly managed. Any takeout orders (whether through DoorDash or placed myself on the website and picked up by myself) always take over a complete whole hour to arrive. Several times the Dasher is stuck waiting at the restaurant for the order to be finished-which is unfair to them, they could be making more money if they could finish the order in an average time, rather than having to stand around and wait for the restaurant to finish making the order.
Both of the potatoes were very poor, very old and we paid for toppings on both and neither one had anything with them not even butter. This was a very poor meal today for quite a bit of money
my hashbrown cassrole was raw, i cooked it in my oven 350 for 15mins, still needed more time everything else was🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at this store. Vegetable plate there was no plate, but the food was all dry. Only two biscuits and thats it, for three. Also I ordered and paid for two peach cobblers and received one. Shame
My food came so late. By the time I got it, the food was so cold because it was so late. Also, in my Chicken n dumplings there was no chicken. The hashbrowns looked like it was scraped off the pan. It was so crispy.
Don't waste your money. My food is always dry and has no flavor.
The French toast was burnt. They forgot to give me butter and syrup. I ordered Sawmill Gravy with my meal and it wasnt included. Cracker Barrel always forgets something!!
