Great breakfast and mostly friendly service. French toast and eggs were delicious. They offer Impossible (veg based) breakfast sausage which was an unexpected surprise. Went on two weekday mornings while staying at hotel nearby, no wait for seating and place was pretty empty.
Great food, and the store is awesome! The big easy steak and shrimp were good, but they needed a bit more cajun flavor. Once done eating, relax in the rocking chairs before hitting the road.
They put us in the last section of the restaurant with barely any AC on a hot day. Had to ask to be moved as it was unpleasant. The fried pickles had so much grease on them, had to use several napkins to soak up the grease and there was still a puddle of grease underneath them.
We joined a friend and enjoyed the meals. Our water glasses needed refills sooner than had, the 1st cup of decaf was lukewarm and was quickly replaced with a steaming fresh cup. I like my eggs cooked with the whites firm and yokes runny. I’m pleased to say I always get that at Cracker Barrel. I drink regular coffee and enjoy what is served hot and fresh at Cracker Barrel. We stopped at this Cracker Barrel for dinner but ordered breakfast. Our server was very attentive but it took a long time to get our food. When we finally did, we enjoyed our meals. The country store part of the restaurant was fun to browse around. They have so many interesting and unique items.
