If I could give this place 100 I would! Absolutely amazing food and service every time. The biscuits are to die for! Every dish is always wonderful. The restaurant even has that old smell like home from back in the day before technology took over. Whether you are dining in or grabbing to go, breakfast, lunch or dinner, they have early bird dinner specials too between 4-6pm, all is wonderful. Very homemade feel, taste and comfort. Hey this was my first time in an old country restaurant store! And I have to say that I’m impressed, I liked the old store style, the gifts and the books were a must for me cause the main topic was horses and I loved them. For the food everything was perfect, I highly recommend the white cheddar cheese bites. I’ll let you some pics below.
Food came fast and was delicious. Three adults one child and we all loved it. Nothing bad to say. We came for dinner at 6PM on a Saturday and there was no wait. I got the country fried steak, mashed, green beans.. was fantastic.. daughter got veggie plates.. her partner got grilled chicken and he was ranting about how good it was... Granddaughter got hamburger sliders and fries.. she even liked it.
My MIL and I went in for dinner and had such a great experience. Our waitress was so attentive and kind. One of the best waitresses I’ve ever had anywhere. The lady working at the front of the store (register) was also very patient and kind. And our food was great. I will definitely be back!
Wow… miriah was vocally expressing how she was unpleased with her tip for a 20 people lunch. Her service was sub-par to begin with but a 20% tip was left and she can be heard expressing her distaste for the her tip. Disgusting service from a rude waitress. I’d eat outside before I came back into this place if Miriah works here. An absolute disgusting experience.
