Food was okay. Was a scheduled pickup. 1 person at checkout. Multiple people in line. Customer actually yelled for someone to help. Someone actually asked what she needed and acted like she didn't understand what she wanted. Terrible checkout service.

I was missing three items from my order, 2 green beans and a coleslaw, food was also over cooked and tasted old. I wasted over fifty dollars on this order and when I called was told because it was door dash basically they were not responsible that is was all on you when it was their incompetence of not being able to have fresh food or even read an receipt to actually get all the ordered food in the bag.

Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast is what I ordered and they did not include my meat selection of country fried ham which is kinda expensive. also they put my side cup of butter for the pancakes in the same tray as the hot ppancakes and melted the butter into a oliy mess.

Both orders that were delivered were incorrect missing the sides they were suppose to include. The size of the chicken had less meat than a competitor's chicken sandwich. The rolls and coleslaw were the only items meeting a minimum level quality.
